Victoria is currently in the grip of an unprecedented crime wave, and senior fellow of the Institute of Public Affairs John Roskam has unpacked the origins in the spike in crime.

The senior fellow has written an insightful article in the Australian Financial Review on the topic, and Tom Elliott questioned Mr Roskam why crime is worse in Victoria compared to other states.

And he made it very clear it’s a “Victorian problem”.
