3AW newsreader David Armstrong has come off the long run on the newly updated Bureau of Meteorology website.

The newsreader told Ross and Russ he’s “filthy” at the refreshed website.

“It is totally and absolutely unusable,” Armstrong said.

Chief CX (customer experience) thinker at creative agency Thinkerbell, Dan Monheit, then spoke about how the customer experience has changed amid the new changes to the BOM website.

“Regardless of what it is, people tend to hate change,” Mr Monheit told Ross and Russ.
