Tom Elliott has once again highlighted the ongoing troubles he’s having with Telstra, after the “very strange” encounter he had last week.

The 3AW Mornings host was threatened with disconnection, and he’s now received four more emails which he’s labelled “frustrating and comical”.

“Telstra is not happy with me,” he said.

“They’re all little things, they’re all annoying,” Elliott said.

“It is common, I’m just shocked that you’re still on the difficult customer list after a litany of issues,” Carol Bennett, from the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network said.
