Victoria Police are searching for a man alleged to have stolen wedding rings from a jewellery store at a shopping centre in Airport West last week.

Victoria Police media adviser Jody Clayton says the man asked to try on two rings before allegedly fleeing the store.

“We’ve sent out some CCTV footage and an image of this gentleman,” she told Ross and Russel.
