Shadow Minister for Police and Corrections, Brad Battin, has called out the “incompetence” through the corrections system.

It comes after a report that Victoria’s police cells are overcrowded due to the state government’s bail reforms.

“This is an absolute failure of the whole corrections system,” Battin told Tom Elliott.
