Tom Elliott has raised a few questions regarding the impending social media ban for under-16s.

“There are a lot of unanswered questions about how it will work and whether it will work,” the 3AW Mornings host said.

“And I might add, the communications minister, Anika Wells, has not covered herself in glory.”

When asked what would happen if under-16s simply moved to other platforms, Professor Lisa Given from RMIT University, told Tom Elliott “I’ve often referred to this as a game of whack-a-mole.”
