Christmas light aficionado, Stephen Jacobs, has been left “devastated” after his local council threatened his Christmas light display with a big fine.

Mr Jacobs has been ordered to take down the decorations before December 23.

“I just wanted to bring some Christmas joy to the kids and the community,” he told Tom Elliott.
