Acting Detective Sergeant Ash Jung from Greater Dandenong Crime Investigation Unit told 3AW Mornings, “It’s just extremely lucky that no one was significantly injured.”

“One of those bricks, if they were to land on top of you, could have been fatal,” he continued.
