A group of teenage boys on their way home from night school in St Kilda East, have fallen victim to an “extremely distressing” anti-Semitic attack last night.

Prominent Adass community member and father of one of the teens who was left shaken, Chayim Klein, joined Jacqui Felgate to provide insight into the confronting ordeal.

“They were petrified,” Mr Klein said on 3AW Drive.

“It’s extremely distressing and very confronting.”

The 3AW Drive host also fired up about the “sickening” incident.

“These incidents are a national shame,” she said.

“They need to go to jail.”

Journalist and digital editor at Australia/Israel and Jewish Affairs Council (AIJAC), Rebecca Davis, then weighed in on the incident, and how the Jewish community is feeling as of late.

“I feel like I’m having the same conversation on repeat,” Ms Davis told Jacqui Felgate.
