A commuter from Melbourne’s west has contacted Jacqui Felgate about her concerns about using the Metro Tunnel to get into work.

Ash travels on the Sunbury line, and said there’s been a lot of confusion with the train she usually catches.

“There’ll be some work from home conversations that’ll come up,” Ash said on 3AW Drive.
