An exchange between a real estate agent and a young mum using a leaf blower in Cheltenham has caught the attention of Jacqui Felgate.

And the 3AW Drive host labelled it one of the strangest exchanges she’s ever heard.

CEO of Ray White Victoria, Domenic Belfiore, said the agent has been terminated effective immediately.

“Those actions are completely unacceptable,” Mr Belfiore said.
