Tom Elliott has wondered whether parents should be financially responsible for underage children’s criminal activities.

The 3AW Mornings host spoke with criminal psychologist, Tim Watson-Munro, to get his opinion on the issue.

“I’ve argued for a long time on this program and others that there needs to be accountability for bad behaviour,” Watson-Munro said.

“I’m not saying parents should go to jail for crimes their children commit, but they should be financially responsible,” the 3AW Mornings host added.
