Entertainment reporter Peter Ford has weighed in on Channel Nine sports reporter Danika Mason’s live cross at the Winter Olympics, which has gone viral in the last 24 hours.

The reporter appeared to slur her words on-air, and she’s since apologised this morning for having a drink.

“It was pretty clear that she should not have been on-air,” Ford said on 3AW Breakfast.
