Sly explains why the prison overcrowding problem is ‘entirely predictable’
Sly of the Underworld has explained the overcrowding problem in Victoria’s prisons, and why it’s “entirely predictable”.
It comes as hundreds of Victorians are being moved from police cells to battle the overcrowding, with one man being housed in various cells for almost double the legal limit.
“It’s basically at the moment, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest on a bad day,” Sly told Ross and Russ.
