Australians could be hit with elevated fuel prices amid the unfolding situation in the Middle East, with experts saying there is ‘no question’ prices will rise.

EY’s Regional Chief Sustainability Officer for Oceania, Mathew Nelson, told 3AW Breakfast, “although we won’t necessarily run out, what we do know is that it’s going to go up in price”.

“There’s no question about that,” he added.
