Police locate puppy following ‘callous’ alleged theft at Melbourne shopping complex
Police have provided an update on their investigation into the alleged theft of a 10-month-old puppy in South Yarra on Monday afternoon.

“So the three callous, opportunistic thieves untied Dora as she was tied to a pole outside the centre, and all three were last seen walking north along Chapel Street with Dora in tow,” Leading Senior Constable Jody Clayton told Ross and Russ.
On Wednesday afternoon, Victoria Police confirmed that the missing puppy ‘Dora’ was located by police, and that one woman has been arrested.
Owner of Dora, Frank, said he was “relieved and elated” to be reunited with his dog while talking to Jacqui Felgate.
