Ross and Russ have been left shocked after new statistics that confirm that Melbourne’s property market is in disarray.

In a report released by Domain, 90 per cent of house resales in all Australian capital cities have returned a profit, despite interest rates continuing to climb.

“No one is reporting what is happening to property prices in Melbourne and that is a catastrophe” Ross said.
