E-bike hurled from inner-city bridge injures mother

As revealed on Wednesday’s edition on the Rumour File, an e-bike was thrown onto the top deck of a boat on the Yarra River, leaving a mother injured.
The e-bike scrapped the mother’s head and neck leaving her with lacerations and bruising.
