Emergency crews were out in force early Thursday morning as a suspected firebombing struck Love Machine.

Roughly 50 firefighters and specialised ladder platforms were deployed to the Prahran venue at 2am.

This latest attack follows a dark history for the club, which was ordered shut earlier this year after a string of violent incidents, most notably a double-fatal drive-by shooting.
