Victoria Police are appealing for the public’s help following a puzzling discovery at a property in Victoria’s north-west.

Appearing on 3AW Breakfast, Victoria Police Report Media Adviser Belinda Batty, said the findings lead to the Bomb Response Unit and Australian Defence Force arriving at the scene.
