‘It’s about the people of the state’: Pauline Hanson’s promise to Victorian voters
One Nation is continuing to make their presence known on the political stage, as the lead up to Victoria’s by-election for the seat of Nepean nears closer.
With the Herald Sun reporting that party leader, Senator Pauline Hanson, received a ‘rock-star’ welcome at an event in Dromana over the weekend.
Speaking with Tom Elliott, Hanson said that Victorians are ready for a change, a change that her party can provide.

“It’s going to be very important to me to get behind my candidates and to prove to the people of Victoria that we can make a change in that state with good, clear policies, pull in the government spending, stop waste of money,” Hanson said.
The Nepean by-election as well as the seat of Farrer in NSW both have a One Nation candidate on the ballot paper, with the party currently rating their highest ever in the opinion polls.
