Suburbs across Melbourne are seeing an increased presence of foxes within their residential areas, with them climbing fences and being spotted in backyards.

This comes after reports out of Glen Huntly that one fox in particular has been terrorising residents and leaving them fearful of letting their children outside.

Press PLAY to hear how disruptive these foxes have been

Glen Huntly resident, Ralph, spoke with 3AW Afternoons host Tony Moclair, with residents of his street unable to sleep and backyards left destroyed, thanks to the disturbance.

Glen Huntly falls under the Glen Eira City Council, with their website having no information on how the LGA deals with wild foxes, rather referring residents to agricultural management sites.
