Emergency operators in Victoria are facing a surge of trivial calls that are diverting critical resources away from genuine life-threatening emergencies.

Danny Hill, Secretary of the Victorian Ambulance Union, spoke with 3AW Breakfast to highlight the growing pressure on the Triple Zero system caused by nuisance callers.
