A taser has been deployed in a dangerous driving arrest last night in Flemington.

Officers responded to reports of a Subaru driving erratically on its rims around 8:30 yesterday evening.

Speaking with 3AW Breakfast, Victoria Police Media Officer, Katherine McLeod, said that when officers searched the vehicle they found and seized a jerry can, a baton and OC spray.

The 31 year old is expected to be interviewed later this morning.

McLeod said that the arrest is not connected to ‘Operation Eclipse’.
