A teen repeat offender who was accused of an unrelenting two-month crime spree of 109 charges, will no longer be prosecuted due to her age.
The 14-year-old was accused of a series of anti-Semitic attacks and violence, but had the charges dropped thanks to the rule of ‘doli incapax’.

The ‘doli incapax’ rule that says children aged between 10-14 cannot be held responsible for their actions as they are too young to know right from wrong.
The teen is now free to walk the streets, despite police presenting her search history, which contained searches of ‘where do the Jews live’ and ‘how long the sentence is for running someone over’.
