Questions have been raised as to how a ‘women-only’ hire company, which ripped millions out of the Big Build, could be owned and operated by a male serial domestic violence abuser.

Investigative reporter with The Age, Nick McKenzie, said every Victorian should be shocked by this story.

“This is the worst case study of Labor government Big Build rorting that I’ve come across in two and a half years of investigating,” McKenzie said on 3AW Breakfast.

“The Premier and her cabinet should be horrified.”

State opposition leader, Jess Wilson, issued a similar sentiment, stating it’s the worst example of corruption this state has ever seen.

“It makes my blood boil,” Wilson said on 3AW Drive.
