Former Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott he is confident there will be a change in government in the upcoming elections.

“I can’t tell you the breakdown of people who will be successful in that election … but I can tell you there will be a change of government, and it will be comprehensive,” Kennett said.
