Shane McInnes has taken exception to Lord Mayor Nick Reece’s taxpayer-funded travel at both the international and local levels.

The 3AW host stated the travel “cannot be justified”, while political marketing expert Dr Andrew Hughes labelled the optics of the situation “terrible”.

“He has to be more responsible with the money,” Dr Hughes said on 3AW Mornings.
