The Victorian government is going ahead with its new work-from-home laws, allowing those who can work from home the legal right to do so two days a week.

Seyfarth Shaw workplace law specialist Chris Gardner told 3AW Breakfast hosts Ross and Russel that while it might benefit workers, he had sympathy for employers.

“I’m not excited for the business community and those that put their capital at risk … it’s just not a good situation for them,” Mr Gardner said.
