Tom Elliott has questioned the flaws in the new work-from-home legislation, including Premier Jacinta Allan’s motivation behind it.

The new legislation around work-from-home rights is set to pass through state parliament possibly as early as Wednesday.

“Jacinta Allan is doing this not because it is good for the Victorian economy, but because she thinks it’s a vote winner,” the 3AW Mornings host said.
