Former Magistrate Tony Parsons and Jacqui Felgate discuss the case of a 16-year-old who was served a youth supervision order after being found guilty of assaulting an off-duty Victoria Police member.

“There must have been pretty powerful reasons for him to take this position,” Parsons said on 3AW Drive.

The former magistrate took a swipe at Secretary of the Police Association Wayne Gatt during the interview, stating he “doesn’t know the law”, and Gatt responded on 3AW Drive on Friday.
