Legendary Australian musician Daryl Braithwaite has announced he is going to step back from doing live gigs.

He told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott he knew the moment it was time to “give it up”.

“After that I thought, ‘it’s time to give it up’ and then I felt really, really sad,” he said.
