Lord Mayor of Melbourne Nicholas Reece spoke to Tom Elliott to discuss the work-from-home legislation set to come into effect in Victoria later this year.

He told the 3AW Mornings host while there was value in in-person work, flexibility was a critical part of modern-day employment.

“I think working in person is good for workers and I think it’s good for workers as well … I also strongly support flexible, family-friendly workplaces,” he said.
