The Property Council is demanding the state government produce an economic rescue plan within 30 days after data revealed Victoria had the lowest property sector confidence in Australia.

Property Council executive director Cath Evans told 3AW Breakfast hosts Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen Victoria needed to be investable again.
