Shane McInnes has taken Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to task over comments he made about pop star Kylie Minogue on a podcast with comedian Nikki Osbourne.

Albanese took part in a word-game of “shag, marry or date”, with the PM stating he’d do all three with Minogue, and then proceeded to discuss his sex-life.

“How could the Prime Minister’s media team be so inept to put the leader of this country in a position where he had to talk about shagging celebrities?” the 3AW host asked.
