Premier Ben Carroll has announced the proposed work-from-home legislation will be delayed until July 2027.

Victorian head of the Australian Industry Group Tim Piper told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott it would be looking at potential legal action.

“After the election, before the election, whenever we can, we will be trying to make sure, if this legislation goes through, that we have another look at it,” he said.
