City of Melbourne Lord Mayor Nicholas Reece has publicised a three-point plan to revitalise Melbourne’s CBD.

Reece told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott the proposed work-from-home legislation was not the right way to go.

“Why do we need new legislation, new red tape to address an issue which doesn’t seem to be an issue?” he said.
