An aspiring Olympic sprinter has chased down a man who allegedly stabbed two women in Frankston.
Archer McHugh told Jacqui Felgate he was walking to a plumbing job with colleagues when they stepped in to help.

A 27-year-old Afghan man has been refused bail after being charged over the two separate alleged attacks on women in Frankston on August 16 and 17.
