Premier Ben Carroll announced commitments he thinks will improve roads across the state.

Carroll told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott he thinks it is a “comprehensive plan” to fix roads.

“I do not believe, and I’m the first to admit, we have not got it right. We are spending about $1 billion on roads and potholes every year,” he said.
