‘Quite dramatic’: Police swarm shop in South Melbourne

Police have swarmed a shop in South Melbourne this afternoon and arrested a man.
Eyewitness Tom told Jacqui Felgate he noticed an “unusual” police presence in the area.
“It must’ve been pretty serious,” Tom said.
