Man found dead at Torquay beach

An elderly man has been found dead at a Torquay surf beach.
Paramedics were called to the beach near Park Lane shortly after 7.30am on Friday morning.
The man, believed to be aged in his 70s, was said to have been found lying face down in the water.
He couldn’t be revived.
