This is a great recipe by Neil Perry.

It is fabulous!

I loved the simplicity of it and the impressive look of a whole roasted cauliflower (which are in season at the moment so very cost effective).

Best of all, make some extra dressing as it goes just fabulously with any barbequed meat – in my instance it was butterflied lamb.
