There appears to be at least one creep on the loose in Elwood.
Neil Mitchell spoke with Sylvia Bellini, who has had numerous run ins with a man with a phone lurking in bushes outside her home at night.
She’s now got a baseball bat.
“I’m not frightened, I’m angry,” she said.
