Changes to private health costs insurance company customers

The Managing Director of Bupa has revealed on 3AW Drive the insurance company has lost customers due to recently introduced changes to private health.
Dr Dwayne Crombie joined Tom Elliott in studio on Thursday.
He said a “difference of opinion” with some doctors had led to the customer loss.
