The Rumour File

A teenage girl has used social media to reunite a Christmas card containing $300 with its owner.

First heard on The Rumour File yesterday, 16-year-old Mietta today confirmed to Kate and Craig she found the card on the ground while heading home from a Christmas party.

“It was on the corner of Victoria and Collins Street in Williamstown,” she said.

“At first I thought it was $100, then I checked again and it was $300.

“We put the post up online and the owner’s dad messaged me and he gave me information about what he’d written and what the card looked like.”
