An oversupply of strawberries has seen prices slashed.

Some supermarkets are selling punnets for less than a dollar.

But in the age of ethical consumerism, you’ll be happy to know there’s nothing sinister going on – there’s just a lot of strawberries around.

Strawberries Australia president Sam Violi told Justin and Kate he hasn’t had any complaints from growers.
