The Commonwealth Bank has again apologised for Thursday’s crippling outages that saw transactions and payments brought to a standstill.

Danny John, Head of Group Public Affairs at the Commonwealth Bank, told 3AW that it unfortunately meant there’d be delays while a significant backlog was cleared.

“Please bear with us,” Danny John told 3AW Mornings.
