A body has been found in Dallas, a northern suburb of Melbourne this afternoon. 

The body was found wrapped in cloth on Hepburn Street in the carpark of a tennis club. 

The discovery was made by a jogger at 1.30 pm.

Homicide detectives say they will await a post mortem to determine the cause of death.
