A country Victorian man’s anti-drug plea has gone viral.

Jordy Hurdes, from the state’s North East, posted the below video on Facebook on Monday afternoon.

It is fast closing in on 1,000,000 viewers with thousands of people sharing it.

Sam Biondo, the Executive Officer at the Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association, said the video highlighted the dangers of drug taking.

‘Each individual is different and it can have an adverse reaction for one person and not another,’ he told Neil Mitchell.

He also said Jordy’s video could have a profound impact on young people considering taking drugs.

‘I think that tape will do more than any of the stuff the government has ever put out.’
