The AFL and Warner Bros could be heading for a legal battle over the trademark rights to the Tasmanian Devil.

Warner Bros has a trademark related to its Looney Tunes Tasmanian devil character, which first appeared in 1954.

But trademark lawyer and partner at Henderson and Ball Lawyers, Justin Ball, thinks there’s a way the AFL can come to an agreement with Warner Bros.
